Company Registration in Tajikistan for Foreign Founders

Company Registration in Tajikistan for Foreign Founders

Registration of a company in Tajikistan by a foreign founder

In short: Yes, a foreign individual or legal entity can be the sole founder of an LLC in Tajikistan. A foreign company needs notarized registration documents with an apostille (unless a mutual recognition treaty applies), and a foreign citizen must first obtain a Tajik TIN. The minimum charter capital of an LLC is 500 somoni, and the whole process usually takes 5-10 business days.
