How We Work

  1. Consultation. We determine the form of presence (LLC, branch or representative office), business activities and tax regime.
  2. Preparation. We check the company name, find and verify the legal address and prepare the documents. Where needed, we help the foreign founder and director obtain a TIN.
  3. Registration. We file the documents with the registration authority. By law, registration takes 1 business day from submission of a complete package; the whole process usually takes 5-10 business days.
  4. After registration. We help order the company seal and open a bank account, and provide ongoing legal support.
