Before signing the lease, there are at least three things worth checking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether another business entity \u2014 an LLC, a sole proprietor, or any other organization \u2014 is already registered at that address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether the landlord has any outstanding tax debts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether the premises even qualify, by their characteristics, for business registration at all.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If even one of these points hasn&#8217;t been checked, the applicant risks a rejection after already paying for the lease and preparing the entire document package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the registration authority verifies the address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Tajikistan, company registration isn&#8217;t limited to submitting paperwork.
